I continued my education at TTC-P-Campus, Business College and Beauty Culture School.  During my professional career as a Cosmetologist for 39 + years, I formulated and manufacture my ACTPENSEL® External Scalp Only Treatment Products and I have been using them on my scalp once a week.  Since my clients and I have been using my ACTPENSEL® Products, we have seen very good results.
